Mollenhauer/Tschoeke correlation adopted by IMO PPR sub-committee for BC estimation from FSN. FSN 0.5 ≈ 7.5 mg/m³; FSN 2 ≈ 40 mg/m³. For sulphur-free fuels BC dominates the PM fraction.
