ISGOTT Ch.11 rest-time guidance. 30 min at ≤ 1 m/s loading velocity; scale up with faster initial velocities. If all gauging is closed-system (radar / servo level bonded to tank structure), no rest is needed. Filling velocity ≤ 1 m/s until liquid covers inlet.
