NOR validity check

Check whether a Notice of Readiness is valid against the three principal conditions: arrival at the contractual point, physical readiness in all respects, and tendering through the prescribed channel within prescribed hours.

Logic

NOR is valid only if all four conditions are 'Yes'. An invalid NOR does not start laytime; the master must re-tender after rectifying the deficiency. See the NOR article.
